Whether it be sampling a variety of rich culture, eating her way through continent to continent or trying her luck at speaking the local lingo with the townsfolk - it's all a much loved adventure and is keen to share her enthusiasm with you whilst exploring services and options to suit your own personal style.

Being a true romantic it is not surprising that Kit loves being a wedding planner. The role compliments her social nature and thoroughly enjoys preparing for your ultimate destination experience in one of the many elegant and exotic locations MMA specialises in.

Kit's background include event management, fashion and PR.

Cherie Watkins

Cherie Watkins' inspiration is driven by her passion for love and weddings. After years of studying both Event Management and Business Management, Cherie launched her event management career with creating sensational weddings. Having previously studied and worked in the field of Film and Television Production along with personal experience filming weddings as well as documentaries, Cherie has a proven understanding of the film and photo requirements for your event.

With an enthusiasm for travel, having visited numerous international destinations and travelled extensively throughout Australia, Cherie has an understanding of both the challenges and rewards associated with international travel coupled with knowledge of the social culture and physical geography.

Natural organisational skills and creative flair allows Cherie to provide couples with a stress free and enjoyable wedding planning experience, ensuring your special day is as memorable as it can be.

Kim Woodland, our Dream Administrator!

Kim will provide you with the back office support by coordinating meetings, managing invoices and payments and overall ensures that the administration processes in planning your wedding abroad are delivered to perfection! Kim completes the efficiency of the MMA team and maintains our emphasise on excellence!

Kim is also an enthusiastic cook with an Italian flavour and caters for small to medium sized events.

Joanne Martin, Trainer and System Developer

Joanne is our little angel and front-row supporter! Joanne provides the MMA team with structural concepts and skills to deliver the best of our services to you in the finest form.

Joanne is an experienced manager, innovative presenter, Motivational Coach and business consultant. She has broad experience across industries including tourism and hospitality, finance, retail, healthcare and local government, developing learning solutions, coaching and mentoring programs and marketing campaigns.

Joanne regularly consults to national and international clients, developing strategic plans and system solutions to suit their needs. She also creates training solutions for competencies such as time management, conflict resolution, and effective documentation processes.
