The inspiration behind Marry Me Abroad… Paola Bamonte – Inspirer Marry Me Abroad started from a simple but powerful vision. I had always wanted to arrange weddings in Europe for Australians and after working 10 years in the travel industry specialising in Europe, and four years working in Italy for opera and musical events I realized that I could combine my two passions: Europe and helping people! Thanks to my career I have had the fortune to travel extensively in Italy - from the Alps to its islands and countryside, throughout Greece’s mainland and its islands, around Spain, and in Paris and among the quaint villages of the French countryside in the Dordogne. “I set up Marry Me Abroad in January 2004 and together with the new and dynamic team I am proud to deliver the best possible wedding service to our clients.
